The role of the Content Planner/Strategist entails collaborating with the Account Director to ensure comprehensive alignment of creative strategy and direction for the brand. This includes meticulous planning and execution of the brand's influencer strategy, specifically focused on driving awareness and conversions on the TikTok platform. The Content Planner/Strategist will work closely with Content Creators and Producers to guarantee the punctual and high-quality delivery of planned content.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative content strategy & set up for brand on TikTok

  • Responsible for working with the Account Director on the overall alignment of Creative strategy & direction for the Brand

  • Lead creative & content strategy with Brand & Creative Agency (MCN - if applicable) on TikTok

  • Design and implement social media strategies and execution that align with overall business goals (e.g., conversions, lead generation, awareness, etc.) on Tik Tok (both Tik Tok brand account & Tik Tok Shop account)

  • To assist creative work regarding content planning and copywriting for always-on content and campaign

  • Plan and execute the brand’s influencer strategy to drive awareness and conversion on TikTok

  • Work with the Influencer Manager to make sure that the content brief, concept, and strategy are aligned

  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of always on content and campaigns with quantitative data to maximize results and provide recommendations to improve social media strategies and campaigns

  • Build and implement a social media content publishing calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns

  • Lead the creation and/or curation of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads), including text, image, and video, to reach the brand’s target customers

  • Work closely with Content Creator & Producer to ensure timely & quality delivery of content planned

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in communication arts, marketing, or any related field

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in content, marketing, or social media in the tech & media industry

  • Good analytical skills and ability to handle content strategy, and execution such as reports

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment

  • Good command of English in writing, reading, and speaking

  • Agency background will be a plus
