Responsibilities:
Content ideation
Contribute to the development and execution of well-thought-out TikTok content that align seamlessly with our brand's objectives and appeal to our target audience. (brainstorming, pre-production meetings, shoot and edit)
Collaborate closely with our team to brainstorm and develop fresh and exciting social media content and livestream concepts that elevate our brand's visibility and spark conversation and conversion.
Analytical Mindset: Understanding of social media insights and relevant creative trends to steer the concepts in the right direction
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail
Technical Production
Technical knowledge in production equipment: both phone cameras and professional cameras for photo and video shoots, audio recording devices, lighting set up
Video editing and design software (After effects, Premier, Capcut, photoshop, illustrator)
Experience in broadcasting software is a plus (OBS)
Output
Collaborate with Video Production Team to execute content plans, ensuring that our visual storytelling is top-notch and aligns perfectly with our brand's message and team standards
Contribute ideas, pegs, treatment and trends during brainstorming
Plan pre-production meeting details (shoot schedule and duration, production design & props, equipment needed etc)
Edit content through CapCut, applying knowledge in trending music and visuals on social media
Tech supervision and OBS operation during livestream
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in broadcast, production, multimedia design, advertising, marketing, or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in in similar role with exposure to online content/above the line TVC production and live streaming is advantageous
Experience in a digital creative agency or marketing agency is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Able to think and plan ahead.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven project management and coordination skills
