Account Manager - TH

 
 

We are looking for an Account Manager who has well-rounded experience in digital communication and eCommerce. This role will need to deliver the operation of campaign communication; both strategic, creative, and production for the brand and campaign.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Daily Operation:

  • Key contact of client/project responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing strong external client relationships and handling strategic issues or problem resolution

  • Management and handling of key client briefs, projects, and requests, including the refinement of the above

  • Typical day-to-day management of clients and their requests including presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc.

  • Key person supervising the excellence of projects; effectively manage and interpret Client feedback; guide/lead designer/creative teams to develop and delivers outputs for the projects smoothly and effectively

  • Support line manager in developing initiatives for a new business or extending existing business

  • Write/proofread major communications materials including executive internal memos, executive speeches, Q&A, sensitive topic statements, pitch docs, or press releases

  • Lead major offline, online activities/events and overall quality control

  • Project timeline controller

    Creative:

  • Drive the right client briefs & processes for internal stakeholders, mainly strategy, creative and delivery teams

  • Assist in the preparation of timing plans from the start of the project & Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule

  • Prepare weekly WIP (Work In Process) reports as required and other documents/materials for internal meetings, on-time and free of errors

  • Assist creative team with relevant information/materials i.e. competitors analysis, visual reference as per client’s brief or reference

  • Quality controller for all outputs: work proofread / review the work from creative / designer ensuring it is free of errors

  • Able to manage the team to delivers the works per timing

  • Organize and participate in brainstorming, make effective notes to capture ideas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing communications, creative agency and eCommerce capacity with handling local and international clients

  • Fluent in Thai & English skills is required for both speaking and writing

  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service

  • Working understanding of eCommerce platform UX/UI components are preferable

  • Skilled and confident presentation abilities

  • Thinks in a structured way – identifies and sets priorities across a multitude of opportunities and active projects

  • Detailed & Process oriented & solution led skills, able to drive & guide team to works on the right processes. However, if an existing process doesn’t support or covers, AE is able to analyst and propose new processes or solution for the team

  • Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written and sound analytical skills
