The Brand Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the brand's website, ensuring its alignment with the brand's overall strategy and objectives. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's online presence and driving brand awareness through effective website management.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement website management strategies to ensure the brand's website remains up-to-date and aligned with the brand's identity.

  • Regularly update website content, including product information, blog posts, and promotional materials.

  • Manage website user generated content (screening reviews and comments).

  • Update website content (non-technical)—creative content, products, etc.

  • CRM support—managing CRM email set-up and weekly email preparation.

  • Market plan with marketing agencies and execute for website adaptation.

  • Work closely with design and creative teams for onsite creative asset management.

  • Manage customer service—chat, email support, etc.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and reflects the brand's messaging.

  • Optimize website performance by monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates.

  • Identify and implement website improvements, including user experience enhancements and SEO optimization.

  • Ensure website compliance with legal and industry regulations, including privacy policies and data protection.

  • Coordinate and manage website projects, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues or broken links.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in website management and digital marketing.

  • Provide recommendations for website enhancements based on industry insights and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, web design, marketing, brand management, or a related field.

  • Practical experience in brand management is highly valuable. This may include work in sales, marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or related fields where the candidate has been directly involved in shaping and implementing brand strategies.

  • Strong creative skills for developing innovative and effective branding strategies.

  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling brand messages.

  • Analytical skills for evaluating the effectiveness of branding promotions/ campaigns, conducting market research, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal--to articulate the brand's message clearly and consistently to internal and external stakeholders, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to build relationships with clients, vendors, and customers.

  • Well-versed in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms--familiarity with online branding, content marketing, and the ability to leverage digital channels for brand promotion.
