Business Development & Strategy Lead

 
 

This position will be responsible for driving the organization's long-term strategy and growth by developing and implementing measures that align with business objectives. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Position AIRR as the go-to partner for partners aiming to excel in e-commerce, serving as an expert who provides strategic advice to drive brand growth in the digital landscape.

  • Focus on building high-quality partnerships, leveraging internal recommendations and platform referrals to identify and cultivate strong business relationships.

  • Take full ownership of the business development process, leading a cross-functional team to deliver customized solutions, overseeing every aspect from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key platforms, brands, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring AIRR remains at the forefront of industry developments and trends.

  • Adopt a consultative approach, guiding brands on how to best utilize AIRR's services for growth while gathering valuable insights from brand discussions to inform future AIRR solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across AIRR’s business verticals, ensuring a holistic approach to client solutions that align with broader company objectives.

  • Lead and drive new strategic initiatives that complement or enhance AIRR’s business model. Be prepared to spearhead new opportunities, from regulatory compliance to innovative partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business development, or project management, with a strong focus on driving growth and building strategic partnerships.

  • Proven experience in the e-commerce industry is a must, with expertise in positioning companies as strategic partners in this space.

  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering customized solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of providing strategic advice and positioning the company as a trusted partner.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with experience in cultivating high-quality business relationships and maintaining key industry connections.

  • Demonstrated consultative approach, with the ability to guide brands on leveraging services for growth and gathering insights to inform future strategies.

  • Advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of developments and can lead strategic initiatives effectively
