Customer Experience Associate

With genuine excitement to help customers, our Customer Experience Associate provides end-to-end support to our customers throughout their shopping experience.  This includes providing product information via chat/social media to help convert sales and also resolving any customer queries after the sale. You will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Our Customer Experience Associate is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

THE ROLE

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels (live chat, social media, e-mail etc.) following the proper communication procedures

  • Convert store visitors to customers by identifying customers’ needs and providing the right information to convince them to purchase

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

  • Support any customer concerns post-sale by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives

  • Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and concerns

  • Process customer accounts and file documents

  • Communicates and coordinates with internal team as necessary

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent written communication skills in Thai

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Fluency in English
