Chat Support – PH
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing daily customer interactions through chat, handling inquiries and concerns, activating promotional offers, monitoring store performance metrics, and assisting in the development of wireframes and creative briefs to support business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via chat to ensure a positive experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Promo Activation: Coordinate with your manager to activate and manage promotional offers through TB enrollment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze store metrics to ensure alignment with KPIs, and escalate concerns or improvement opportunities to the appropriate team.
Creative Support: Assist in creating wireframes and drafting creative briefs for campaigns, initiatives, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support, chat support, or a related field (preferred).
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats or tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of store metrics, KPIs, and promotional processes is an advantage.
Creativity and attention to detail for assisting in wireframes and creative briefs.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to coordinate with managers and other teams.
