Country Head - VN
You will report directly to a co-founder and growth officer. You will be responsible for setting up Vietnam business & organization, its implementation of process, driving operational excellence, hiring/ engaging/ retaining the talents while building and hitting the revenue target and a profitability path of Vietnam country at category, platform and brand level and overseeing the management of relationships with our clients. You will manage a team of key account managers, Marketing, Media, Design, HR, Finance and Supply Chain. You will develop and implement processes to scale our operations while ensuring we enable our clients to reach their ecommerce potential.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all brand and store KPIs are met on time.
Analyze sales performance and advise team/ clients on how to grow their ecommerce sales in a sustainable way.
Grow revenue and profitability for Vietnam business by partnering with Business Development on offering new value adding services to clients, optimizing commercial terms with existing clients and scaling existing operational processes.
Maintain close relationships with both brands and ecommerce platforms. Interact daily with partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategy.
Coach and develop a team of people across all functions
Deal with all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, fulfilment and overseeing execution, support, and Compliance functions
Support and lead, as necessary, new business development, including sales presentations, local negotiations, client onboarding, and other activities as needed
Take a strong lead and hands-on approach in business development and operations; determine optimal utilization of staff and resources; improve the goals and accountabilities of the teams.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience with at least leadership/ management roles. Prior working experience in eCommerce platform is required and start-up environment/ CPG agency experience is highly desirable.
Exposure in managing complex operations, including building, and managing functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, including previous P&L responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent Homage in front of partners and regulators.
Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization and the ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to work
