Creative Director - TH
The Creative Director is responsible for developing meaningful and measurable work, that achieves strategic goals, and delivers client requirements. The Creative Director will lead from concept to execution, including copy, design, tone and direction. The Creative Director must seek out new innovations and creative technologies to develop new concepts and promote exciting, cut-through ideas. They also ensure the timely execution of plans, campaigns and projects to ensure that goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
CREATIVE DIRECTION, DEVELOPMENT, & CONCEPT
Develop consistently superior visual and messaging content
Show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance customer experience and achieve client objectives
Work with the Chief Creative Officer, team members and client teams to create appropriate, workable ways to express and enhance the client’s communication needs and achieve key strategic initiatives
Guide teams through creative concepting, execution and delivery in accordance with studio processes
Meet all timelines and deliver executions and client reviews per project schedules
Be proficient and up to date on related industry, channel, client, and product information, such as audience insights, product benefits, KPIs, brand standards and production specifications
Be up to date on current emerging trends and technologies and the ability to institute best practices for digital and traditional marketing products

Develop, present and help sell creative concepts to clients
Communicate creative rationale to clients, defend the work and articulate reasons behind creative strategy and direction
Participate in pitch strategy and demonstrate an ability to articulate those strategies
CREATIVE TEAM LEADERSHIP
Collaborate with Account Executives and team members to identify questions and pertinent project information needed to execute assignments
Work with Creative management and Project Managers to assign work
Manage creative staff and freelance to ensure their work meets the agency standards, including the ability to clearly articulate feedback and provide constructive oversite that elevates the creative product
Mentor and inspire teams to perform at the maximum of their abilities and foster a reputation as problem solvers
Assure that creative work meets client objectives, follows strategies aligned to the brief and meets deadlines on budget
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years managing creative projects and teams in an advertising/design/direct marketing agency or a combination of agency/client-side experience
5+ years Media creative experience
Strong digital design, e-commerce, display and social media portfolio
Strong strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual and conceptual)
Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines and multiple priorities
Excellent client service and presentation skills
Self-motivation and a collaborative interaction skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; must be highly skilled in Photoshop & Illustrator. Basic knowledge of Premiere, After Effects and other editing software is a plus.
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platform, digital display, video, paid social and web site technologies, development methods and user experience
Strong foundation in typography, color theory, current design and advertising trends
