Creatives Account Manager - PH
The Creatives Account Manager will be an extended arm to support the growing Studios production and Account Management brands and projects. The position will be the key point of contact for day-to-day management and implementation of production projects and digital campaigns for current and new clients. The Account Manager will be liaising with the Account and Business Development Manager in the conceptualization and management of clients and working together with other team members to integrate all the needs and successfully meet client expectations and objectives.
Responsibilities:
OVERALL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Builds and maintains strong and long-lasting relations and connections with key brand OICs, teammates, and external partners.
Handles daily management of clients, projects and internal team through communications, contact reports, job orders under the direct supervision of the Accounts and Business Development Manager.
Facilitates proper communication and documentation of meetings, briefings, alignments, brainstorming, and production.
Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns and keeps all key individuals well informed of goals, progress and changes.
Supports creation of job orders and project timelines.
Presents creative concepts and proposals to brands.
Sets and leads cadence meetings and alignments with brand and team.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FOR PRODUCTION
Develops proper job orders and documentations of communications and submissions to brand and Studios Production team.
Presents proposals and ideas to brand according to brief and objectives and initiates the discussion during pre-production meetings.
Ensures timeliness of work execution and submissions.
Supports in evaluating affiliates and host suggestions for livestreams and short video productions.
Maintains quality standard of work by checking the submissions/proposals.
Maps out plans for shoots such us objectives, timings, and approvals making sure that production team has every approval needed and brand has approved all items for the shoot.
Represents as an integrator of the projects to assure maximum efficiency of production team and brand satisfaction.
Sets and facilitates regular/weekly project alignments with brands and production team.
Develop post-mortem reports through monitoring of campaign effectivity and results.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FOR STUDIOS REGIONAL PROJECTS
Participate in regular internal and external meetings as a training ground for presentations, negotiations, and strategies.
Supports in handling campaigns for Regional projects through research & audit, documentation, project cascade and pitch presentations (job orders, internal briefings, external presentations, submissions).
Participates in project pitches by working together with Accounts & BD Manager on strategizing opportunities for growth and budget management.
Assists in preparing project cascade documents such as job orders with accurate project information, resources, and timings; facilitates and initiates Studios discussions and alignments, management of required number of revisions; proposal submissions.
Sets and facilitates regular/weekly project alignments with brands and Studios team.
Assists in creating internal documents such as reimbursements and external party related assets/requests.
Champions campaign quality, accomplishment and success and brand satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Business Management or any related field.
With Account Management experience (Account Executive/Account Manager) for at least 1-2 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work methodically and has the agility to manage fast-paced requirements and timelines while keeping the quality of work.
Excellent attention to detail is a must.
Proactive, confident and highly collaborative.
Has an eye and appreciation of art, copywriting, production and advertising.
Knowledge on e-commerce is a plus.
