With strong organizational skills and a positive can-do attitude, the Financial AdministrativeAssistants is a trusted support professional who is responsible for performing daily finance and accounting requirements and overall office management.

To be considered for this exciting and dynamic role, you will need experience within general finance and accounting processes and have excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal teams and external customers. The Financial Administrative Assistantsmust be highly adaptable, have strong attention to detail, and bias for action.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures within the organization-

  • Work closely with Country Head in preparation of the business plan and operational budget•Monitor and manage expenditures within the allotted budget

  • Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner

  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the management team

  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained

  • Supervise the preparation of all monthly and annual financial reports in a timely fashion

  • Perform overall office management tasks to ensure smooth internal operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and working

  • knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Professional qualification such as CPA or similar will be considered a plus

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

  • Ability to set-up finance and internal processes and implement within the team

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent in English
