Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - TH

 
 

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational change

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance with respective business unit when appropriate

  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.

  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

  • Work with Learning & Development team to identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

  • Be the person in charge of on-boarding and off-boarding process of the respective business unit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant experience

  • Solid experience at least 5 years relevant work experience in HR business partner

  • Excellent organizational skills and people management

  • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization

  • Experience in e-commerce and start up is a plus

  • Fluent in English communication

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

  • Has strong sense of ownership and accountability.
