Influencer Marketing Manager - PH

 
 

This role will be responsible for day-to-day operations of any creator-related activities including creator liaising and management. The Influencer Marketing Manager will also be in charge of managing any influencers / creators / MCNs required for brands on Tik Tok & aligning requirements for other platforms (where relevant) as well as work closely with and provide support to Producer to manage creators from MCNs and / or individual creators needed for content production.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with talents and their representatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talents, fostering trust and open communication

  • Collaborate with social media and commercial teams to understand their campaign objectives and target

    audiences

  • Proactively secure influencers, hosts, and talents as part of the AIRR Talent roster, ensuring talents are

    alignment with brand values and image

  • Manage all aspects of content creator campaigns, from negotiation and contract signing to coordinating

    with talent content creation or live hosting, and performance monitoring

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and brand sentiment

  • Utilize data insights to refine future campaign strategies and ensure successful partnerships

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the influencer marketing landscape and social

    media platforms

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and relevant industry demographics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer/talent partnerships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities

  • Analytical mind with the ability to track and analyze data

  • Passion for the influencer marketing space and a keen eye for identifying talent with potential
