The Head of Media is responsible for overseeing teams of media planners and performance marketing, working with clients and internal brands on digital media plan, developing new digital media advertising formats, setting up, implementing and managing the overall digital media strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning Support: Assist in developing and refining our business strategies. You'll learn to think big, analyse market trends, and contribute ideas that could be game-changers. 

 

Project Management: Get hands-on with our projects, helping to ensure they run smoothly from inception to completion. You're the person who brings order to chaos, tracks project progress, and keeps everyone on their toes. 

Business Development Hustle: Be on the frontline of our growth efforts. From researching potential clients and partners to preparing pitches, you'll be involved in the exciting process of expanding our business. 

Team Collaboration: Work with different departments, gaining exposure to the nuts and bolts of a startup. Your role is pivotal in connecting dots and fostering a collaborative spirit. 

Flexibility & Adaptability: Here at AIRR, no two days are the same. You'll need to be agile, ready to jump on a full spectrum of tasks – whether that's data analysis, attending networking events, or brainstorming sessions including the unsexy work. 

Requirements:

Education & Skills: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.  

Passion for Startups: You're bitten by the entrepreneurship bug; startups excite you, and you're eager to learn the ins and outs.
