We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our kids.
As an L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge. With strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding our kids through their learning journey.

Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Collaborate with HR business partner and hiring manager to develop the team members through career pathing and identify training needs and priorities.
Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and effective training content.
Incorporate a variety of training delivery methods, such as classroom training, e-learning modules, workshops, and simulations, to cater to different learning styles.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
Being the trainer to conduct training sessions for employees including but not limited to Orientation, Company overview and market landscape, IT tools and usages, e-Commerce Marketplace knowledge, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and engaging training experiences.
Utilize effective facilitation techniques to foster active participation and knowledge retention.
Adapt training methods and materials to address diverse employee backgrounds and learning preferences.
Monitor and evaluate training sessions, gathering feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Training Needs Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct ongoing assessments of training needs across the organization.
Analyze performance gaps and identify areas for improvement.
Design and administer training evaluation methods, such as surveys, assessments, and follow-up activities, to measure the impact of training initiatives.
Use evaluation results to make data-driven decisions and refine future training programs.
Training Program Management:
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring logistical requirements are met.
Manage training resources, including training facilities, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and external trainers to deliver specialized training programs, as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Training Administration and Reporting:
Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
Prepare reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management review.
Monitor training budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or any relevant field
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar at least 3 years
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Experience in e-commerce and start up is a plus
Fluent in English communication
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Has strong sense of ownership and accountability.
