Job Responsibilities:​

  • Assist in setting up livestream equipment (camera, lighting, audio, etc.).

  • Learn and support the use of livestreaming software such as OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).

  • Help schedule and organize livestream sessions, ensuring smooth coordination with hosts and guests.

  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure livestreams run smoothly and professionally.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues during livestreams under supervision.

  • Prepare and organize necessary materials or assets before each livestream session.

  • Maintain equipment and assist in keeping the livestream setup organized and optimized.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing and tracking livestream reports, session sign-offs, acceptance forms, and contracts when necessary.

Requirements:​

  • Interest in livestreaming, digital content, or media production.

  • Willingness to learn technical skills related to OBS and livestream setup.

  • Basic understanding of computers and software operation.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

  • Previous experience with livestreaming is a plus but not required.
