Responsibilities includes tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budgets, and ensuring that all marketing material is in-line with our brand identity.  

To be successful in this role, the incumbent will need hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. 

Ultimately, the incumbent will help AIRR to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Brands and help to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, not limited to print, digital, and video assets 

  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment and consistency of messaging across all channels 

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support 

  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads 

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimizing accordingly 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager / Lead 

  • Experience with working with digital / e-commerce media, social media, KOLs / MCNs  

  • At least 3 years of team management experience 

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies 

  • Experience in setting up and launching TikTok Shop for Brands 

  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms 

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills 

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity 

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
