SOCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - VN

About the role: 

We are looking for a Social Account Manager to join our growing Social Commerce team — someone with solid experience in account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a sharp eye for numbers and performance metrics. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams across media, affiliate, content, and production to develop and deliver impactful social commerce strategies for our clients. You will also play a key role in budget allocation, performance monitoring, and client relationship management. 

 

Scope of works: 

1. Account & Project Management 

  • Own end-to-end project management from planning, pitching, and execution to performance evaluation. 

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and professional day-to-day communication. 

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships while proactively identifying opportunities for growth. 

  • Offer strategic recommendations and solutions tailored to client objectives and market trends. 

2. Social Commerce Strategy 

  • Develop and implement innovative social commerce strategies, especially on platforms like TikTok and emerging channels. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (social media, creative, content, and production) to ensure cohesive campaign execution that aligns with brand goals. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social commerce, creator economy, and consumer behavior. 

3. Budget & Performance Management 

  • Manage and allocate budgets across different social commerce activities (e.g., affiliate, content production) to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI. 

  • Monitor campaign and project performance using dashboards and reports. 

  • Translate data into actionable insights and optimize strategies based on performance metrics. 

4. Team Leadership 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet both individual and collective goals. 

  • Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to ensure continuous growth and performance. 

  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clarity of ownership and efficient execution across the team. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in account management, ideally within an MCN, e-commerce enabler, or marketing agency environment. 

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, social commerce trends, and the digital media landscape. 

  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and performance analysis using data dashboards and reports. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage and influence clients at all levels. 

  • Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset — able to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively. 

  • Highly collaborative with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. 

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing and mentoring a team.
