Job Responsibilities:​

KOL Management

  • Identify, source, and evaluate suitable KOLs/KOCs on TikTok, or collaborate with MCNs to obtain a list of potential creators who align with the brand for livestream and video review projects on the brand’s or KOL’s TikTok channel. 

  • Onboard KOLs for project collaborations, ensuring alignment on timelines, ways of working, and contract terms. 

  • Manage KOLs to ensure effective and timely delivery in accordance with content plans and brand expectations.

Livestream Management

  • Propose and develop a livestream calendar for key campaign dates such as Double Days, Mega Campaign Days, Pay Days, End-of-Month, Mid-Month, and Daily Livestreams on TikTok and Shopee. 

  • Prepare detailed briefs for the livestream host, including product information, promotional deals, vouchers, and mini-game mechanics to be featured during the session. 

  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure the studio setup is properly arranged and aligned with the livestream concept and campaign direction. 

  • Monitor and support livestream sessions in real time to ensure smooth hosting, optimize voucher drops, and maximize audience engagement. 

Reporting and Others

  • Make reports on key livestream performance metrics, including revenue, entering rate, conversion rate, views, clicks, etc.  

  • Provide key learnings and actionable insights to improve future livestream sessions. 

  • Perform other specialized tasks as required by the role and assigned by the supervisor.

     

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in influencer booking, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or KOL management at MCNs, KOL agencies, or e-commerce enablers.

  • Experience in the beauty, FMCG, or fashion industry is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication and planning skills.

  • A proactive and hardworking individual with a strong personality; able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Highly adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
