As a PM & Operations Manager, you'll lead end-to-end project management, defining scopes, aligning stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely project delivery. Your role involves effective communication, detailed project planning, and adept team management. With a proven track record in project management and a bachelor's degree, you'll thrive in this dynamic role, overseeing successful project execution and contributing to our team's success. 

 

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: 

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion. 

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Identify project scope and align expectations with stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. 

  • Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are addressed. 

Progress Tracking: 

  • Develop and implement effective project tracking systems. 

  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, addressing any issues or changes promptly. 

Project Planning: 

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. 

  • Monitor and track project progress against the established plan. 

Process improvement:  

  • Analyze primary impediments and challenges affecting stakeholders in their daily operations and formulate a strategic plan to enhance the efficiency of team members. 

Team Management: 

  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication. 

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project goals are met. 

Key contact with fulfillment partner:  

  • Ensure smooth operation according to SLA, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any fulfillment operation issues. 

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any related field 

  • Multiple years of experience in project management or process improvement 

  • Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience in project management is a plus 

  • Advanced Excel skills 

  • E-commerce experience is a plus
