The Production Creative Lead drives the end-to-end creative direction for content and livestream production, ensuring all output aligns with brand strategy while delivering high-quality, innovative, and high-performing content.

This role leads and develops a multidisciplinary creative team (writers, creators, editors), overseeing short-form video production and livestream experiences across platforms. Combining strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational excellence, the Production Creative Lead builds scalable processes, elevates content standards, and fosters a culture of creative entrepreneurship and ownership. 

Additionally, this role partners cross-functionally to drive growth by turning creative capabilities into revenue opportunities—developing premium content formats, strengthening livestreams, and identifying strategic opportunities that expand brand value. 

Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Development 

  • Develop creative strategies for content and livestreams aligned with brand goals and target audiences. 

  • Lead brainstorming sessions, briefings and presentations to generate innovative ideas. 

  • Stay updated on general digital and media trends and platforms to ensure team’s output remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.  

  • Identify and analyze trending formats, styles, and cultural moments to inform content and livestream direction. 

  • Stay updated on the evolving features, tools, and algorithm changes in all digital platforms to integrate them into the creative strategies. 

  • Lead the exploration of new tools, techniques, and trends to keep the team at the forefront of creative production. 

Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Lead and mentor a team of livestream and content leads, production designers, writers, editors, and technical crew, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social, Commercial and Business Development, to align creative strategies and output with business objectives. 

  • Provide guidance and feedback to elevate the creative output and maintain consistency in quality across all projects. 

  • Identify skill gaps and training opportunities within the team to foster professional growth and innovation. 

  • Lead the presentation of ideas, audits, concepts, and campaign studies to clients and stakeholders. 

  • Communicate timelines, budgets, and project scopes to stakeholders. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks or challenges during the production process. 

Process Management 

  • Oversee the implementation of creative briefs, brainstorming, and production schedules (to optimize workflows in planning, boarding, scripting, filming, editing, testing, troubleshooting. and resource allocation) 

  • Ensure content and livestream adhere to guidelines, strategy, messaging, and quality standards. 

Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking 

  • Collaborate with Studios Account Manager and Production Manager to review and approve content before publication and with Livestream Lead to review livestream before going live to ensure quality. 

  • Collaborate with content strategists, account managers and brand managers to monitor performance metrics, audience insights, and trend effectiveness to optimize future projects. 

  • Collaborate with Business Development to provide regular updates on project statuses, team performance, and creative highlights. 

  • Collaborate with Business Development to conduct regular reviews of ongoing projects to ensure deliverables meet briefs and creative excellence benchmarks. 

Regional Collaboration: 

  • Manage creative alignment across multiple markets, ensuring cohesive branding while adapting to local nuances. 

  • Act as the creative point of contact for regional creatives and clients, addressing feedback and ensuring expectations are met. 

  • Share best practices, insights, and innovative approaches across regional teams to drive creative excellence. 

  • Support the development of case studies and portfolio pieces that showcase the agency's creative achievements.

  • Partner with business development teams and regional creatives to identify new opportunities and tailor creative pitches to potential clients.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing or any related field. 

  • 7 years of Proven experience in creative direction, content production, livestream production, preferably in a digital or social media-focused environment in a managerial capacity. 

  • Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative problem-solving skills. 

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team. 

  • Great time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills. 

  • Communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. 

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environments. 

  • Strong understanding of video and livestream production, editing software, and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, CapCut, AI Tools, META, YouTube).
