We’re looking for a digital producer as our full-time in-house production department to join our team! AIRR production, we are eCommerce enablers and creative agency for 360 communications.

  • We seek an experienced digital content producer who can create, and produce digital assets, social engagement, and online platforms Livestreams

  • We are looking for a producer who has an online to on-ground activation experience

Responsibilities:

Production Management & Planning: 

  • Schedule meetings, presentations, shoot dates, and editing assignments. 

  • Arrange for talent, locations, and props for productions. 

  • Collaborate with the creative director and social media strategist to provide direction for the team. 

  • Manage intern assignments and plan workflows to ensure smooth execution. 

  • Monitor asset status, oversee revisions, and manage project timelines. 

  • Supervise production team assignments and schedules. 

  • Provide support across all processes (livestream setup, content shoots, writing, editing). 

Quality Assurance & Delivery: 

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet standards. 

  • Review all content for final approval (execution, editing, copy, art, quality, messaging, brand guidelines). 

  • Organize job orders and present reports during post-project evaluations. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Offer solutions, guidance, and feedback across departments. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or mid-level production roles within an entertainment agency or network, demonstrating strong leadership skills to efficiently manage teams 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Thai and English. 

  • Proficient in offline and online production processes, including livestreams, photography, shoots, and overall production, gained from experience at an agency or production company 

  • Comprehensive understanding of livestream production, covering pre-production, on-set management, and creative design, with the ability to oversee prop selection and scene setup for livestreams
