About the Role

At AIRR LABS, we move fast to build products that connect commerce across markets. As a Regional Product Associate, you’ll help ship and scale solutions across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee—covering both external marketplace integrations and internal tools. Your initial focus is to take ownership of Digital Commerce Management Systems by partnering with engineers, operations, and commercial teams to turn complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions—delivered with speed and precision.


What You’ll Work on

  • Own a Product Area: Lead a scoped area from discovery to delivery— define the problem, map user journeys, craft PRD, manage rollout, and measure success.

  • Collaborate Deeply with Engineers: Work with engineers on API/data logic, edge cases, backend integrations; support UAT, rollout, and post-launch QA.

  • Agile Delivery & Documentation: Write user stories with acceptance criteria, collaborate via Jira and Confluence, and maintain clarity and speed.

  • Drive Marketplace Integrations: Drive initiatives across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee with clear project timelines, updates, and aligned stakeholder communication.

  • Measure What Matters: Instrument basic metrics and dashboards with analysts/engineers; monitor health and operational SLAs.

  • Cross-Regional Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with Asia teams regularly—turning feedback/insights into prioritized actions.

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ product management experience, or a demonstrably strong product mindset without formal PM experience.

  • Strong communicator and cross-functional driver—able to bridge engineering, operation, and commercial teams, and drives decisions to closure.

  • Bias for action with structured thinking—able to simplify complex workflows into clear tickets and checklists.

  • Comfortable with Agile delivery in a start-up environment.

  • Fluent in English and Business Mandarin for regional stakeholder & partner engagement.

  • Basic SQL for independent ad-hoc data checks and exploratory analyses.

  • Proficiency with FigJam, Miro, draw.io (or similar tools) for quick flows and wireframes.

  • Good understanding of data structures or web applications to collaborate effectively with engineers.

  • Hands-on exposure to marketplace operations, order management systems, catalogue management systems, or affiliate marketing domain knowledge is an advantage.

  • Previous experience working regionally across SEA and China markets is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel regionally.
