This Digital Designer role focuses on 360-degree creative assets for our e-commerce store. Our designer  will  control everything from TikTok shop decoration to designing channel marketing activities. He/She be responsible for all the exciting creative concepts for each monthly brand campaign on TikTok and TikTok Shop, ensuring our designs are ideas-led. He/She can apply intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different mediums. The Graphic Designer needs to ensure that our digital creative product remains leading edge, and that the quality of our delivery is upheld. AIRRLabs' leaders are dedicated to providing training on all creative tools and AI technologies shared throughout APAC. The goal is to see our studio leads genuinely thrive with their creative assets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce creative assets for e-commerce platform stores, product graphics, social media posts and banners, static and rich banner ads, graphic motion design, and livestream design frame.

  • Translate brand and product positioning, existing research, and online marketing assets execution into effective, high-performance digital designs.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with brand identity as well as usability, accessibility, and best practice industry standards.

  • Work with internal teams to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.

  • Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.

  • Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touch points.

  • Have outstanding attention to detail and solid graphic design principles.

  • Continually maintain awareness of customer behavior to maximize effectiveness of creative assets.

  • Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors.

  • Being a brand ambassador ensures that all touch points are in line with the brand's DNA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

  • At least 2 years experience in E-commerce company, agency or design studio.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
