(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager - MY

 
 

This role will play a crucial part in boosting the marketing team’s overall performance and are responsible for planning and executing campaigns with a clear focus on achieving specific key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, this role will actively explore new marketing channels and trends to ensure a better return on investment (ROI). They also manage budget allocation, aiming to minimize the cost per acquisition (CPA) while expanding the customer base. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end campaign operations on a daily basis, including implementation, monitoring, optimization, performance analysis and reporting across platforms: 

  • Offsite: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, etc 

  • Onsite: Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, etc 

  • Keep following and overseeing on-track campaign and make adaption when needed to maximize effective performance 

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve traffic, ROI and revenue growth 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, commercial, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience 

  • Communicating and clear understanding of clients’ requirements 

  • Strategy and media planning for brands 

  • Propose appropriate solutions for brands with regards to marketing strategies 

  • Leading and upskilling of performance marketing team members 

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies 

  • Clear understanding of the brand and providing reporting when needed 

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of experience in paid advertising, with proven tracking of driving results for e-commerce or online businesses 

  • Experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels 

  • Experienced in both upper and lower funnel marketing 

  • Knowledge of CPAS and Google Performance Max 

  • Proficiency and good understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and onsite ads (E-commerce marketplace) 

  • Understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis 

  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms 

  • Knowledgeable on website performance 

  • Certification with Meta (if any) will be advantageous 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and manage multiple projects 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
