The Social Media Intern is responsible for fostering audience interaction and collaborating with influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive business goals.

  1. Tiktok Platform Management

    • Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy and increase

      organic reach.

    • Engage with the TikTok community through comments, likes, and shares to enhance brand interaction and build a loyal audience.

  2. Affiliates Marketing

    • Collaborate with affiliate partners to implement marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

    • Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, including tracking performance metrics and optimizing for better results.

    • Monitor affiliate activities to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and maintain positive relationships with partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Trend Monitoring and Adaptation - Stay informed about TikTok trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.

  • Community Engagement - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on TikTok.

  • Influencer Collaboration - Identify and collaborate with influencers on TikTok to amplify brand reach – focusing on KOCs

  • Content Analytics and Reporting - Monitor TikTok analytics to assess content performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Brand Consistency - Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and visual identity.

  • Affiliate Partner Relationship Management - Communicate effectively with affiliate partners, ensuring brand alignment and campaign success.

  • Campaign Tracking and Optimization - Implement tracking mechanisms for affiliate marketing campaigns and optimize based on performance data.

  • Weekly and Monthly Reporting - Provide regular reports on social media and affiliate marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms, particularly TikTok. Must have knowledge of platform-specific features, trends, and best practices.

  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.

  • Comfortable with using various social media management tools.

  • Any previous experience managing social media accounts and knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus
