Social Media Strategist - PH
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for managing and strategizing social media campaigns and content plans, ensuring their alignment with the brand’s overall strategy and objectives. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand’s online presence and driving brand awareness through effective social media management and strategy development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's overall marketing goals and objectives
Conduct competitor and industry analysis and stay up to date with social media trends
Identify target audiences and develop buyer personas
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Create and manage a content calendar for all relevant social media platforms. generated content (screening reviews and comments)
Conceptualize and ideate high-quality, engaging content
Adapt content for different social media platforms and their specific algorithm best practices
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels
Schedule and publish content effectively based on audience behavior and platform analytics
Collaborate with production team, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging content
Provide recommendations for website enhancements based on industry insights and competitor analysis
Track and analyze social media performance
Generate regular reports on social media engagement, reach, and ROI
Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns based on data insights
Present findings and recommendations to partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Practical experience in campaign strategy and social media management is highly valuable. This may include work in sales, marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or related fields where the candidate has been directly involved in shaping and implementing brand strategies
Strong creative skills for developing innovative and effective social media strategies
Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling brand messages
Analytical skills for evaluating the effectiveness of social media content or campaigns, conducting market research, and making data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal--to articulate the brand's message clearly and consistently to internal and external stakeholders, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to build relationships with clients, vendors, and customers
Well-versed in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms--familiarity with online branding, content marketing, and the ability to leverage digital channels for brand promotion
