Traffic Manager - TH
The Traffic Manager is responsible for scheduling the workflow of advertising and marketing communications projects for the creative team to ensure that deliverables are submitted to clients, both internal and external, in a timely manner. He/she will be the main liaison between the client and the creative teams and maintain satisfaction on both sides. To succeed in this role, he/she needs to be very organized, natural problem solvers, and strong communicators.
Responsibilities:
Aligns project timelines with the account management team and is responsible for timely deliverable of client requirements
Translates the client brief to the creative team
Creates detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
Distributes assignments to creative teams depending on resource availability and project priority
Ensure projects are completed within the allocated time by monitoring projects on a daily basis
Plans resource requirements in advance based on project pipeline and communicates any potential resource issues to management
Collaborates the team to deliver creative output according to the standards discussed with clients; acts as quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
Conducts administration tasks for efficient client management which may include keeping client records, arranging meetings, preparation of invoices, and liaising with client finance teams for collection
Provide recommendations to management on how to improve the workflow to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in Account Management and Project Management or related field
Bachelor’s degree
Effective verbal and written communicate skills
Understanding of creative processes and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to evaluate creative work and give concrete feedback for improvement
Ability to problem solve and make informed decisions quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
