About the role:
Video Content Associate is responsible for the creative content planning and execution for brands on TikTok, from ideation to production. It involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to plan and deliver impactful always-on and campaign content, while also driving influencer strategies and optimizing performance through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong creative direction skills and a deep understanding of TikTok trends and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
Oversee creative video content planning & set up for brand on TikTok.
Responsible for working with the Social Account team on the overall alignment of Creative strategy & direction for the Brand.
Lead creative & content planning with Brand & Creative Agency (MCN - if applicable) on TikTok.
Design and implement social media strategies and execution that align with overall business goals (e.g., conversions, lead generation, awareness, etc.) on TikTok.
To assist creative work regarding content planning and copywriting for always-on content and campaign.
Plan and execute the brand’s influencer strategy to drive awareness and conversion on TikTok.
Work with the Influencer Manager to make sure that the content brief, concept, and strategy are aligned.
Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of always on content and campaigns with quantitative data to maximize results and provide recommendations to improve social media strategies and campaigns.
Build and implement a social media content publishing calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Lead the creation and/or curation of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads), including text, image, and video, to reach the brand’s target customers.
Work closely with Production team to ensure timely & quality delivery of content planned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communication arts, marketing, or any related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in video content initiating, social media (prefer experience in beauty and FMCG brand).
Owning a strong personal TikTok channel or experience in handling content for brand on TikTok will be a plus.
Good analytical skills and ability to handle content strategy, and execution such as reports.
A strong personality who can work individually and within a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills with strong communication and negotiation skills; able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile.
