Warehouse Management & Operations - TH
The Warehouse Management & Operations is responsible for ensuring the imported shipments to arrive warehouse on time with the optimal stock level related to the current inventory situation. He/she will lead the warehouse and order operational processes from end-to-end including Inbound & OutboundPlanning, Inventory Management, Stock Replenishment Execution, System Integrations and Performance Reports Analysis, and be a single point of contact among 3PLs. To succeed in this role, he/she must be able to analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, implement cost effectiveness, and efficiently communicate and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders with good relationship.
Responsibilities:
Monitors and manages inventory in terms of the correctness, classification, and expiry date for both commercial and non-commercial goods across warehouses to maintain the optimum quantity and mix of inventory and maximize working capital
Leads replenishment planning and stock allocation & requisition, and then executes to ensure that inventory is in the right quantities and assortment across various locations to meet the demand
Plans and executes all activities related to inbound and outbound during business as usual and campaign period
Manages shipments for freight booking, shipment tracking, preparing and checking the correctness of shipping documents, and importing under FDA regulation to arrive warehouse smoothly and on time
Be a single point of contact among warehouse service provider, freight forwarder, shipping, broker, and internal teams related to all shipment, warehouse, order, and systems activities to execute daily operations tasks and solve any issues
Collaborates and leads meeting with the brand managers and teams of brand partners to ensure timely replenishment with effective freight cost, taking into account the different ordering processes for each brand
Runs daily and monthly analysis reports, and then conducts monthly reviews with management to communicate inventory situation, review end-to-end warehouse and order operations’ performance, manage cost control & cost effectiveness, and propose improvement solutions
Manages the processes between OMS and WMS system to flow well, and supports system integration activities
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or a related field
Bachelor’s degree
Strong operational skills and cooperation across levels (blue collar and white collar)
Strong negotiation skills and maintaining good relationship with 3PLs
Agile and comfortable with ambiguity
Solid understanding of import, order, and warehouse management practices and procedures
Capability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Ability to conduct detailed procedures with a high level of execution
Strong sense of WMS&OMS system, cost-oriented, time organization, and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic and critical thinker
